Humble Homestead The bad - I opened an acct on the 4th , it is now the 15th and still no debit card, was told it should be here by the end of the week with no explanation for delay. No online checking like the bank weve had. The good - What you would expect from a small town bank, friendly. Mrs Dana was the sweetest thing to everyone who came in the door. Summary - will be switching direct deposit back to old bank where the service is speedy. Had a replacement debit card in 3 days once. Was hoping to bank close to new home but not willing to sacrifice service recieved from other small town bank where were from.

Kristi Casey Randy and Janine we so helpful in finding all the discounts for our NEW driver. The driving app that saves us money also is a great way to track his driving and make sure he is being safe. They also made sure we had the correct coverage for what we needed without trying to give us coverage for what we dont.

Josh H To charge someone to cash a check that is drawn on their bank should be criminal. They wanted to charge $8 to cash a check that was written to me and drawn on this specific branch. I have never had another bank charge. And his personality was one of arrogance. I will never do business with this bank nor will my business.
