2 /5 Humble Homestead: The bad - I opened an acct on the 4th , it is now the 15th and still no debit card, was told it should be here by the end of the week with no explanation for delay. No online checking like the bank weve had.
The good - What you would expect from a small town bank, friendly. Mrs Dana was the sweetest thing to everyone who came in the door.
Summary - will be switching direct deposit back to old bank where the service is speedy. Had a replacement debit card in 3 days once. Was hoping to bank close to new home but not willing to sacrifice service recieved from other small town bank where were from.
