Skye Sweat I absolutely love Jackson Hewitt!!! They are the best however this year it did take longer than usual due to them being very short staffed! Hopefully it will get better.

Elise Shain and her team (Kylie, who I worked with the most after Shain), were amazing! I found Shain as I wanted to work with a local lender and did not feel great about the first one I spoke to. Shain really understood that I was a first time home buyer, and on a small budget. She was kind and forthright, and then patient when we hit a few hiccups throughout the process.
