4 /5 Jennifer Touchton: Good bank, not the best, but a good bank. All yall wanting to switch banks, go ahead, but its all the same wherever youre at. Nasty service, and slow as molasses. But never lost my money, like other 1st banks in our erea.

1 /5 Amber Dd: They should have just stayed Southwest Georgia Bank! Cant get any help over the phone with reps like prior have to go to the bank and wait a hour for help because they have done messed up so many peoples accounts during this transition. Just sighned me out of the first app without me knowing anything so i cant even access my account!

1 /5 Lavonna Hinson: This has been our bank forever even had our son do his banking here, however since the drive thru has gotten new workers, its not so great! One in particular always always has a nasty attitude, and my husband waited in line to make a deposit for 30 minutes and when he got to the window to make his deposit she told him they were closed!!!! She saw him waiting that long she could have at least let him make his deposit! This worker needs a way better attitude with bank costumers, I know everyone has bad days, but she has a bad day EVERYDAY evidently! I hope it gets addressed or we may need to switch banks!

2 /5 Penny Odom: I have banked with Southwest Georgia Bank all my life. Customer service is the worst now that it’s the First Bank. You can never talk to a live person. Always have to leave voicemails. Which very rarely get a return call after leaving a voicemail. I don’t want to change banks. I just want customer service like it once was!
