Karen Brock Boger I love this bank! They consistently provide great service, and remind me of the hometown service I used to receive at my credit union. This is the only banking institution where I know the employees by name. There willingness to help, to check in on myself and my family, and to always let me know they appreciate my business, is always above and beyond. If you are not banking here, you should be!

J. Gilstrap I have been with the same bank for over 40 years. It changed hands several times but has been Regions for a many years. Except for two issues (1 - a new account rep in March 2018, and 2 - a branch manager in Smyrna, Georgia December 2021), I have NEVER had a problem with Regions and found their customer service to be top notch. I recommend Regions often when my friends complain about their own banks.

I bought a car thru them and had a stroke right after and then my husband had a heart attack and ive let them know whats going on. They were willing to work with me and allow me to continue on..The staff are so Sweet and understanding.They truely care about their customers not just the $$$$..
