I knew the Adams Family to be wonderful people so I took a chance and called for assistance. I missed the ladys name that helped me but was able to search my accounts and give me updated information. 5 /5 Chad Adams: Great experience on switching all my insurance needs to Kirk’s agency! He saved me lots of money over all, took care of every little detail with mainly phone calls and texts. Also dealt with the friendly Miss Heather Smith at the agency…same experience with her! She handled everything I needed-making all the calls, emails, etc so that I could accomplish switching all my insurance with ease. There’s a saying about being in good hands with ‘another’ insurance company- trust me, you’re in GREAT hands with these two pro’s!!

Its stressful when youre standing in the rain, the police are there, and you think youre about to go through 10 steps of an automated call before getting to an actual person. Instead, I called and immediately Heather picked up. She was calm, kind and emailed me a copy of my insurance within minutes. Kirk has been great to work with on everything- home, car and life- we have it all with him. Hes very quick to respond to any emails or calls, and its so nice NOT calling a 1-800 number when we have questions. I love the small-town care we receive! Heather and Kirk know who we are when we call, and were grateful to be taken care of by them.

1 /5 Heather Satterfield: Have been with this company since it was Cotton States. We are leaving after many months of trying to work with them. They do not answer their phones or return calls in a timely manner. My husband had a limb fall on his truck windshield and it took over a week to even get in contact with anyone. Rates are double here and rising every month despite contacting them to see what was going on and getting no answers and trying to trim off everything we possibly could to save those rates have surpassed what they were before with clean driving records. Unfortunately this company does not seem to have their clientele in mind.
