Joan Johnson Today I had the pleasure of arranging our coverage in Georgia through Cassandra Pratt who is a representative in Becky Goldsmith’s State Farm office in Columbus,Ga. We have used State Farm for several years for all of our personal insurance needs. We recently sold our family home in NC to move to the greater Augusta area to be near family. It’s been quite a transition for us as we have never lived anywhere but NC. Our agent in NC connected us with this office for our insurance needs . Cassandra called within the hour of the referral and was very professional, friendly and helpful. It was a joy to transact business that wasn’t complicated for once…LOL! Sometimes it was because of price, sometimes it was because of customer service, but honestly, very unbiased - I have to pinch myself to make sure it is real with Desirae and AllState. Allstate insurance is very affordable and its premiums are great. Desirae....I have never ever had a chance to have such a great service what she provides. She will go above and beyond in a very friendly manner, every time you have anything to ask her. I just hope that this dream combination of great insurance and even greater agent, will last. Thomas folsom Shonna is great!! She has some very competitive rates, she even beat out my current insurance company that I’ve been with since 2007. I needed a policy on my new home and she delivered BIG TIME. Don’t let size fool you.. she might not have a fancy slogan, wear khaki pants or have multiple branches. But what you get is personal service and a commitment to see to your needs all while getting insurance from big name companies at an affordable price.
