1 /5 Jason Dalton: If you get a quote from GEICO they will charge you even if you dont finalize the quote. Then they will send it to collections even though you never got insurance with them. Then they will say they got rid of the charges but when you call they will say there was a cancellation fee. Even though you never got insurance. Then they will say that that fee was waved, but you will still be harassed by a collection company. GEICO is horrible. Stay away from them.

5 /5 Alan Dickerson: Mr Solomon and his team are courteous, polite, & professional. You don’t feel like someone is trying sell you something but you do feel like they have your best interest at heart in protecting you. I’d recommend them to anyone

1 /5 Raquel: I spoke to call center, but Geico is all in one company… I spoke with abbey in re instatement department. She was AWEFUL!!!!! You would have thought she was talking to her dog the way she was not letting me speak, speaking over me, and telling me what she had already said, and even said if I don’t know anything about insurances then I need to hush and listen to her….APPALLED is an understatement!!!!! It started when I asked for Alger to do a full coverage quote after she had done a liability one…I’m sorry ma’am but I was only asking you to do your job, not jump off of a cliff!!!!

1 /5 lorenza williams: Completely misinformed me of information and refused to correct it. Didn’t want to extend my policy because I got a new job and my pay dates changed and I couldn’t pay the current month literally six days difference. I was told that I could just pay to restart the policy, but they didn’t tell me that I had to pay the current month and more for a whole other month. Now I have no insurance and they don’t want to do anything to even help me. This insurance company is ridiculous. Do not get this insurance company because they have no problem with your policy canceling and somebody driving without insurance. Worse insurance company I have had since USAA.
