5 /5 Joan Johnson: Today I had the pleasure of arranging our coverage in Georgia through Cassandra Pratt who is a representative in Becky Goldsmith’s State Farm office in Columbus,Ga. We have used State Farm for several years for all of our personal insurance needs. We recently sold our family home in NC to move to the greater Augusta area to be near family. It’s been quite a transition for us as we have never lived anywhere but NC. Our agent in NC connected us with this office for our insurance needs . Cassandra called within the hour of the referral and was very professional, friendly and helpful. It was a joy to transact business that wasn’t complicated for once…LOL! And, now before the COB, we are all set ! Very happy and highly recommend Cassandra and this office .

5 /5 Bhavin Patel: Andrew was quick in his response to my need. Someone had broken into my car by smashing the passenger side window. Shayla, he said, helps with claims. Shayla, like Andrew was quick and understanding of my problem. She reassured me that the issue would be resolved quickly. She stayed with me, on the telephone, finding a repair shop close to my work, so it was easier for me to still go to work, without having to take a day off. Thanks to both of them and their efforts my issue was resolved quickly. That’s not all. They had to redo the whole thing when someone smashed my driver’s side window over Christmas, not mare than 2 weeks after the first one . To make it worse, I was out of the country then. That did not slow them down and they helped me again with the same efficiency as before. I really appreciate them and what they have and continue to do for me. Their nonchalance through both encounters made it easier for me. I cannot thank them enough.
