1 /5 Ryder Bende: Awful insurance company (just this branch at least). Ive never been able to reach Warren, but this guy name Caleb always answers. Apparently he is my insurance rep, and Ive had nothing but issues. First of all, he put a home insurance discount on my auto premium which I NEVER ASKED for. Then 3 months later my policy goes up about 50$ since that fake home insurance dropped. Then he kept calling trying to push home insurance on me sending quotes to the house owner even though I never requested it. Then he switched my account policy owner over to my fathers name when he qouted the house for insurance. So now Im locked out of my account and customer support says Im not even on the policy anymore. So I called them back yesterday and sure enough Caleb answers. As soon as I say I want to cancel my premium his attitude changes quick. Silence for about 2 mins then he asks if thats all I needed and I say yes sir. Couple seconds of silence and I hear him grunt and hang up the phone. Never got an email I asked for, for the comformation of my insurance policy cancellation. Worst branch of insurance Ive ever been with. Now my phone isnt even being answered. Stay away from this branch, its extremely sketchy sales practices.
