Erin Prescott Working with Karen F. was such a pleasure. Her patience with my questions/concerns and the education she provided about enrolling in health insurance felt more like I was working with a health insurance patient advocate or a social worker, not an insurance agent. Karen F. cared more about getting me the best health insurance policy for my needs and budget than she cared about making a sale or commission. I had so many questions, and she took her time and answered every single one of them. She encouraged me to ask more questions until I had a full understanding of my new policy with Blue Cross Blue Shield-Anthem. If I had a question and she didnt know the answer right off hand, she took the time to do the research and always called me back promptly with an accurate answer. She never made up an answer just to get me enrolled and off the phone, or directed me to go to a website for the answers, like most of the ACA Marketplace call center representatives do. I never had to leave her a message or send an email twice. She was outstanding with her communication during the entire enrollment process. I cant tell you how much that means to someone like me who failed at navigating through what I call "A Broken Healthcare System" and almost died as a result. Karen F. restored my faith in the United States that one day universal healthcare will become the law, because I realized there are people who work in the health insurance industry, like Karen F., who really do care from the heart and dont prioritize "Profit over People".
