1 /5 Laura Barnhill: customer service was very rude when they answered the phone , placed me on hold for several minutes and then hung up . I called back and a different person answered and was also rude asking a question with aggressive manner. transferred me with no warning that person said hello then hold on I was then transferred to Shamika who was polite and helped me with what I needed. as for the others they need some training in customer service. We help people get policies by recommending an insurance company or office every day but I will no longer recommend this one.
