1 /5 Jimmy Thomason: On the 24 th of February I called for a Progressive Insurance policy quote. The rate was considerably less than AM Fam. When the policy came the cost was $99 below the quote, sounded great. I called the agent Janet Debrow who informed me she had signed me up for a roadside service , a membership service , from another company without explaining it to me. I guess this is a new way of scamming customers. I have file a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General office for consumer affairs for deceptive business practices. Beware !! April 11,2025 Received a call back about my post offering a refund in 2 to 3 days. I called back 4 days later and was told I could not count the first day. I waited another 4 days and still No Refund. I have a meeting with the Attorney Generals office on the 17th to discuss this matter. I will update the meeting during the week of the twenty first.
