Then I moved to Spain & now Im probably much more work for them. However, office manager, Angie, makes calls, long distance deposits & keeps me up to speed so that I can keep the money at home in Newnan. 5 /5 Ginger Dennis: We’ve been banking with United Community for 20 years and we have never had an issue with anything. Then recently we had a minor banking error, in our favor, and our branch went over and above to make sure that everything was as it should be.

1 /5 Georgia Feeders: Im assuming the lady that I dealt with the other day was the manager, but she didnt act like one. First, there was no one in the bank so it should have been simple....... First the lady was very condescending towards me and didnt really want to get my money. I was putting money into my mothers account using my debit card. Its a brand new card but the chip is giving me problems from day one. I told her that she would have to swipe it at least 3 times and she said Im not doing that. I said they did last month and she stated that they should not have and that she would be speaking to them about the issue. If I were a manager, I think that I would try everything possible to get that money into my customers account. But maybe Im wrong. Luckily the card went through the first time. My mom had been a long time customer but we will be looking into a different bank
