1 /5 RoShondas World: Ruth at the Valdosta office is the absolute worse. I have always paid my loans back on time and in full. Ruth has terrible customer service, and a horrible attitude! She will hold you accountable for someone you referred who didnt pay. Ruth has been with access loan for a long time and she uses what little authority she has to lie to her managers and get loans denied. I would NEVER recommend the Valdosta location to anyone.

beth cass Mr. Penland and staff took very good care of me during a complicated divorce. Mr. Penland went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of going forward in life. His instincts were spot on and he knows what hes doing. I cant thank him enough and will recommend him to anyone that needs a lawyer!

Noah I called 4 locations before this one and every one did the robot speel and left me on hold. Called this one and immediately Nikkie answered. She answered all my questions and gave me very useful information that potentially saved them from losing a customer. So props to Nikkie, 10/10 customer service.
Jamie Nichols Jonathan is a great financial advisor. He is excellent at explaining the terminology and going over everything from the start. Him and Katie are an excellent team. Katie is always very prompt and efficient, when it comes to the paperwork and scheduling appointments. Highly recommend Jonathan. He is always in your best interest and no high pressure.
