1 /5 Mary Laltrello: My family has been working with Coosa Valley Credit Union for years, so I decided to refinance my car with them! I’ve worked at Atlanta Harley-Davidson for about 3 years dealing with finance, so I have a complete understanding on what should be said/not said. The day I came in here to refinance my car, I was sent into the finance lady’s office where she immediately greeted me with “you know we only work with credit scores above 600?” This shocked me. Knowing I am well above and completely able to PROPERLY refinance my car (which I did), I brushed the comment off, but I would just beware of how you are portrayed here. I’ll try my best next time to look “normal” enough to get treated equally.

1 /5 Kevin Brittain: Will never use this credit union again. Was not informed about the quote on quote “insurance” they charge 170 a month for. Not to mention it doesn’t cover you at all. Called the company and they say they go through someone else for that and to call them once you get your own insurance so you don’t get charged. Nothing but a back and forth with Coosa valley and the company they now have. I’ve had my Machine for about 2 years now and I haven’t even paid off the taxes. It is ridiculous to get charged 170 a month for “not” having insurance you pay 200 a month for. You have better luck going somewhere else.

1 /5 Philip Hunt: The worst Customer Service ever. I was on hold 23 minutes. Then hung up on me I called back and it said another 10 minutes. I guess my talk with Angie Pritchett didn’t help. So I emailed her and she is on Vacation. What a joke
