She clearly explained every step of the process and made sure I understood everything. Her friendly and respectful attitude made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. Christina Ernst Great Local Community Bank for all of your banking needs! I really enjoy working with Mountain Valley Community Bank (Piedmont Bank). I have been banking with them for business needs since they opened their doors. They truly receive 5 stars for customer care (thanks Courtney and team). I have used them for every type of service with foreign banking needs to checking and savings. They have always been quick with requests and competitive with rates.

Linda This bank has been horrible since day one. I’ve been on the phone from the time I opened the account. I don’t advise no one to open an account with this bank. I’ve filed disputes with my bank due to unauthorized transactions and they put the money back on my card then took it back. They also put online a 400.00 deposit for new customers signing up with at least a deposit of 1000.00 or more. The worst experience I’ve ever had with banking in my life.

Caitlyn Bailey Mr. Freeman was super helpful and quick to assist in everything I needed to help me get my policy set up! His personality is great and he’s very conversational! I had several questions and even had issues setting up the policy myself and he helped me after hours to set up everything correctly. Thank you so much Mr. Freeman— I definitely know who to go to when I need help regarding anything insurance wise. This was my first time dealing with big girl tasks and I was overwhelmed at first, but he made it an easy process.
