I had personally issue with taxes yesterday during our filing session and she stayed right on top of it . She didn’t push off the problem And say I will get back with you she stayed working on it tell we were able to resolve the issue . I have never had an issue getting my returns back . Joshua Huff EDIT: I received a phone call from one of the local mangers and an apology. She also gave me direct phone number so I can avoid dealing with anyone at their call center. This means a lot to me, I prefer to speak to someone locally when it comes to anything involving my money. Previous: I called this morning to get money wiring info for my attorneys office... After waiting on hold for 15min... I was told "tell them to just call the wiring line" than hung up on...! Ill take my money somewhere else
