1 /5 Erin Jacobs: My husband gave Mr. Carroll his tax information at the end of February. It is now August and we cant get Mr. Carroll or his staff to do anything. We have called multiple times and gone by the office. Each time they tell us it will be about two more weeks to get us out of the office or off the phone as soon as possible. As soon as the two weeks has passed, we call back and it is going to be another two weeks. I wish Mr. Carroll had told my husband he was too busy to take on new clients. This has been a total nightmare.
