I reached out to her when I went to cancel a tag through state of ga on an antique vehicle and realized my car I’ve had since late nov had an issue. Stephanie immediately replied when I reached out and was so reassuring and calmed me down.. I was a mess mind you .. she handled the situation professionally and kept my heart and mind at ease.. Stephanie went above and beyond after hours to have a resolution and fix the issues with our account. Stephanie showed compassion and empathy through and gave me reassurance. I was indeed in good hands from the moment the issue arose by reaching out to Stephanie. Stephanie is a true asset to country financial!!! You won’t meet more of a genuine person on your side. Tabitha Minchew Best out of all the rest. I been banking with Family Bank for 5 years now. The Bainbridge and Pelham branch are excellent. Fast and friendly! Shout out to Chip and Sydney in Pelham. And Mrs. Sabrina in Bainbridge. Thats just 3 that stand out. All the rest of the employees are friendly as well. I would recommend them any and every day. :)

Tracy McCoy This is the only locally-owned bank in Rabun County. I could not possibly say enough to convey how amazing this bank is. They take excellent care of their customers and its truly a "hometown bank". Their services, customer service and professionals are equal to or surpass those of bigger banks. This is my bank.

Angela Williams Wonderful staff and very helpful. The application process was easy and quick. A decision was made in a prompt time with the young lady calling back with the great news. She explained the process and took care of everything and was ready for my arrival. I highly recommend them. Great atmosphere from the time I walked in door.

Marla Gardner This is the worst bank I have ever delt with. I had an account years ago here and they gave every dollar bill I had out to someone that was not on my account. They never check for ID. Year later my mother open up an account here and when she tried to get money they would try to keep her from getting money out. They would always use my brother to try and talk her out of it out. I suggest you open up an account wheres else.
