Kayla I’ve been with this bank for years and never had to wait as long as I did I waited two hours the woman was rude wouldn’t help when I asked her a question. Wasted two hours of my day and you can’t talk to anyone directly on the phone

Even if a challenge occurs with obtaining a loan they are very courteous and respectful with giving you the info you need to proceed.
