United bank in Jackson is the best customer service, anytime there is an issue they resolve it instantly and they always welcome you inside with the biggest smiles. It is by far the best small town bank with the greatest employees!

They always have the friendliest and most helpful staff, from the loan department, checking and savings, to even the president of the bank. My go to associate has always been Wendy Hunley, who has always been able to resolve any problems and answer any questions Ive ever had.
