1 /5 Melinda Workman: I was pre-approved online, then had to do another application which is a hard pull on my credit. Was still approved. Waited hours for a call, so I reached out via email to this location, only to not even get a response back. I absolutely understand it may be because I was denied after the fact, but the adult/professional thing to do would be to at least have the decency to respond to someone’s inquiry to your price gouging loans in the first place. I’m good on needing a contact now, I don’t do business with those who can’t have the balls to call or email a customer back.

5 /5 Afracatina Bryant: WOWED!!!! Is the first word I thought of when thinking of my experience with One Main Financial. Brittany was extremely knowledgeable and held my hand throughout the process answering all my questions and also the ones I couldn’t articulate. I went into this thinking I wasn’t going to be approved but Brittany worked to get me a great deal with approval. Brittany’s cyst service was of extreme Greatness you definitely have a keeper with her.

5 /5 SYD Hayward: I must admit this was a most pleasant experience Ive had in a while. Customer service of old is not given out anymore. Folks are rude and down right angry they have to work. The process was simple and easy to start my on line application. Set a time that worked for me to speak with someone to move to the next step. Submitted my needed documents. Set an appointment for the next day. Closed the deal and funds in my account within the hour. Big shout out to Mel who assisted me from start to finish. What a gem of a person to have worked with. Had an answer for all my questions. I left with a full understanding of it all. Yes, I would recommend to anyone. I would be willing to do repete business at this location again.
