Ms. Debbie is always ready, willing, and able to assist us in a moments notice either via email or by telephone with any crazy questions, policy changes, and/or updates. They are amazing at assisting in a time of crisis too. Our daughter was involved in an auto accident, and all I had to do was pick up the phone and call. Ms. Debbie was ON IT with Wayne assisting in this process as well and in a timely manner. They are very dependable and knowledgeable and also care about their customers. Darlene Kirby I have always been pleased with this Credit Union until recently. After my surgery I signed up for the Bill pay thinking I was going to need to use it to pay one of my bills since I dont have checks with ACU. Turns out I didnt use it and never have. I noticed for the last 3 months that ACU has charged me $5.00 for bill pay fee. I called to inquire as to why the charges? I was told that since I didnt use the service I am charged. If I use the service its free and they gave me 3 months free. What?? This policy sounds backward to me. I had them deactivate the bill pay services. I have never experienced this with a bank. Shame on me for not researching the information about the bill pay services. The bill pay service at my previous financial institution was always free no matter if you used it or not. ACU you will lose customers practicing this kind of business.
