1 /5 Diane Currie: The customer service use to be okay and the associate at the desk would usually fill in and assist if the other associates are busy or it get busy. But it was bad last I came in and it was me and one other customer, and I come here every so often. The last time I stopped by the associate at the teller window had a sign saying, next teller, up but no one else was at any of the other windows, and there was an associate at a desk, she normally would assist and ask if I need help or try to assist but she didnt this time. I ended up having to wait on teller at window with the sign up, even though I had all my information ready. There was another customer inside that was filling out papers and as soon as she finished the lady at desk started talking and assisting her; she was white and Im of Africans American nationality. Its sad about the partiality and favoritism treatment that goes on these days. The associate at teller window didnt apologize when she forgot a request I asked of her and I had to remind her and she went on as though as though it didnt matter and started correcting it, but its sad, customer is going down and partiality is going on today in service. They need help with customer service attitude and the show of favoritism with certain customers that come in.
