1 /5 Courtney Burnette: Tried to get help for a couple of my Hospice patients with utilities and was given the runaround. Was told To have them call on a specific day, which they did, and then they were told there was no funding. I was also told they could do a home visit for my homebound sick patients which they said they would do and never did! What a joke!

1 /5 J B: You better have a small rental issue, (If you dealing with this company in Hinesville Ga) because this program is exactly for that. I wish I had known that before I wasted my time even walking into the building. They lady in there was at least decent but the program it self is weak. They are ridiculously strict on the financial aspect of helping you and from what the lady told me they dont have much of a budget to help anybody. I anything they should call themselves, The community advisory authority, Inc because thats what youll get the most of advice! I walked in thinking I was going to get help with my rent and my landlord ended being the one that was more flexible and willing to assist me, this company completely shut me down basically saying, "we cant even help you because we dont even have the money". Wow!, so why sit and talk to me for over and hour and a half!? Why exist? what a waste of company space and my hope and my time. I have a feeling this company will eventually disappear anyway, people barely know about them and their help is weak and their assistance is limited but good luck to you. Because Im very disappointed.

1 /5 MANDII MCCULLOUGH: I went here on 7/11, went through the entire process, was told I would have an answer by the 5th of August, and today is 8/19 and still dont have an answer. Ive sent repeat emails and I will say the lady I was dealing with was super nice but was not honest. Today is 8/19(been over a month) and she just now responds back asking me to send in more paystubs because their office can not keep appointments/ or meetings. I was told they would have a meeting on 8/5 and that never happened and since their meeting didnt happen, I should have to resubmit everything again!! This is totally unacceptable, this is my first time ever asking for help and barley was able to get approval. I would NOT recommend this place, they just ran me in circles and made my situation worse.

1 /5 Jase: These ppl do not want to help they give you the run around a million times they say they are going to call back and they never do. I filed a complaint with the inspector general and Im going to contact congress as well. Those funds are to help the community and they are picking and choosing who they want to help and thats not their decision.
