With my having to be at work this a.m., she had the paperwork accurate & ready for me to sign upon my arrival that afternoon! * She was kind enough to wait several minutes after they closed, for me to return to sign the papers!! Thank God! What a blessing she was & is! Ive banked w/Southeastern for 10+yrs & Am thankful to say, Ive Never had a problem w/them out their staff! Thank you again SEBank

5 /5 PrettyJuls Travel & Living: I was feeling upset with the bank.. since I have to pay a fee each month and have been for 20 something years and now they have a new policy about withdrawing money without a check... but Mr Brown just called me from the bank, he was very pleasant to talk to ....he was curious of my incident last week at the bank. I never called so it makes me feel really good that he cares and pay attention. So I erased my old review of one star and now he has four just because he was super nice. I didn’t get a call from the bank about this and they were really really nice. I didn’t get a call from my local branch but the Brunswick location was super nice. I went into the Darien branch today and Laura Miles was extremely sweet. She was quick, had great customer service, and tried everything to help me. I was very pleased. I gave an extra star for her.
