1 /5 Mel: Not friendly staff at all. I hate to have to switch banks cause I have been a BB&T customer for 20 years! Maybe the people who are sitting in their offices need to be a team player and help the front tellers when the re is a rush!

1 /5 Allyson silanskas: I walked into the bank to deliver a DoorDash order for a lady who worked there the gentleman that was behind the counter. His name was Tyler. It was very rude. He needs to learn better customer service.

1 /5 Ms. Northern Belle: Walked in today and waited as I looked around 2 people were sitting in their offices as the 2 tellers had people inside of the bank and a line outside in drive thru. When I walked up to the counter I was greeted by a not so friendly person seemed to be multi tasking drive thru and counter I asked about speaking to someone about a business account she stated that it was after 4 and i needed to make an appointment while having a drive thru container in her hand. Seemed kind of annoyed when I asked about making an appointment for tomorrow (Saturday) and was told it would have to be on Monday. Perhaps they need to hire more people to Work or people sitting in their offices come out and assist. Customer service is poor on this day!

1 /5 Lexi Pruitt: I would highly advise going to anywhere but this bank. I work in Dallas, so it is much easier for me to go to this bank as I work Monday - Friday but I will no longer be doing that. The lady with the curly hair is extremely rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason, even when she is met with nothing but kindness. It costs $0.00 to be kind.
