1 /5 Wolfgang Heid: They are a do it yourself financial company. I had my retirement account with them through a previous employer. That employer terminated my plan and dealing with Cannon to move to something new has been nothing short of a nightmare! The planner responsible for my plan doesnt return phone calls and is unreachable. I have asked to speak to his supervisor and cant get a phone call back. They have the administrative staff write letters that insult my intelligence and now I am having to explain to one of the office staff how to do a rollover. Stay far away from these people.

The front office admin answers they transfer me to an “Account Specialist” who has yet to answer. I am getting slammed in the market and I am not sure what do because I can’t roll anything over without them. This has been a NIGHTMARE to say the least
