3 /5 Bianca L: I had recently gave this company a good review. Was really disappointed with the phone call I received today from one of the representatives today. I recently renewed and she called to tell me my payment came due Saturday and asked when I wanted to set it it. I kindly said “this Friday the 12th” she rudely said how she can do a “one time courtesy” for me and put me down for that date but that it HAS to be ok or before due date. I get that payments need to be on time, and I have fell behind before, but I always communicate with them and usually they are very understanding. I asked her how much my payment would be with late fee and she ignored me and said “okay thanks bye” just thought it was kind of rude especially after I just talked so highly of them, and have been working on getting my account caught up.
