2 /5 Marc Morris: I very seldom give anything less than a four star review. However, in this case I can say that this branch of United Community Bank just seems to be incapable of handling any issue beyond receiving a deposit. I’ve banked with UBCI for over a decade. If I can’t do it online, then I will drive past this branch and go to 8 miles out of my way.

5 /5 Cindy Sungail: I already had been using this branch of United Community Bank for over 26 years. Some of the same friends still work there & always greet me like you would expect your local bank to do. Everything I have reached out for assistance from everyone has been handled efficiently, explained the processes to me clearly & even have one of the cleanest restrooms available to the public in Forsyth County. I hope I will be proudly welcoming any new bank building in the near future as expansion of Cumming branch, Hammond, United Community Bank needs to make more room for clients, staff, and business. The further expansion of Route 369 is inevitable as the businesses grow more & add more traffic. Wherever UC Cumming Hammond moves to, I will be bringing them more of my business & needs for one of the most excellent banks, big or small, in the World, including foreign countries.

1 /5 Esmeralda Mendoza: I go to every community bank and I always have a very friendly service. I decided to go to this one because it’s near my work. Most of the time when I go to deposit a check the lady at the front desk does it for me. I give her my check, my id, account number, and my card. But this lady gave me a deposit slip to fill out, which I never filled out myself before, it’s usually the lady’s at the front desk who do it. I didn’t have a problem doing it myself, the point was that I didn’t know how to do it. So I asked her what to fill out and what numbers go where. But she gave me a big attitude because I guess I put the numbers in the wrong area, and I told her this is the first time I do this myself so I’m confused. But she gave very rude service and attitude. I don’t come here anymore and if I do Its usually for a financial emergency or I make sure not to go through the drive but the lobby instead.

5 /5 Don Hutcheson: I have always received friendly and efficient service from this branch. Yesterday was the first time using the drive through; no line and I was in and out quickly. Their banking app is user friendly and I normally use it for most of my transactions except for cash deposits.
