1 /5 Tricia Rowland: The actual office staff is nice when you go in person. However, this is the worst DFCS Office I have ever dealt with. They are constantly never following up with phone calls. They never answer the phone. All the phone numbers are always disconnected so you can never reach any of the case workers. I have literally been trying to apply for benefits since February of this year and have not been able to because every time I am supposed to have a phone call, nobody calls. And then whenever I call to reschedule, they just close out the case because they say that I missed my phone appointment even though nobody ever reached out to me. It is happened four times. And then when you call to reach a supervisor? Surprise! The number has been changed or disconnected or the person no longer works for the office. I have never had such horrible issues with any other county DFCS that I have received benefits from.
