1 /5 Old Geezer Shadow: If I were to make a personal recommendation, Id say go to the Dawsonville location. One of the tax pros there (an older lady) did not get my wife every deduction available for her self employment income back in 2020, and management appears to be harsher on employees there as opposed to Dawsonville, creating a less pleasant customer service experience overall.

1 /5 Austin Gerrell: Well after waiting more then a MONTH for Tina to look into my recapture tax I still have no answers. I’m trying to sell my home and wanted to figure out what I might owe in capital gains tax and recapture tax. When in for a consult gave her all the paperwork and she said “give me a few days” and two weeks later and no response so I called and she says “what do you need?” And then that she hadn’t even look into it at all. Completely forgot. She said she would get back to me and yet it’s been another 3 weeks. Unprofessional and I won’t be using or recommending this branch in the future.

We was in very good hands and we r first time business owners and First time filing our taxes as business owners . Mrs. Christina was and is very helpful and she was very helpful in explaining stuff to us as well and she made it easy , and Mrs. Christina was very helpful also over the phone before we came to our appointment.
