Laura Richardson Matt Chao is the best, he walked me and my partner through the process of buying a house and helped us figure out what we could afford, not just what we would qualify for. He answered all our questions (and found answers for the questions that fell outside his role as our mortgage broker) and was all-around encouraging. Charles Smith Kathy is a very personal person, easy to work with, and I have had 3 different loans with them at different times. And I have fell short on my payments! A couple of times, I kept open with Kathy in kept in touch with her, we solve the problem with in a timely fashion with no additional problems. Kathy is a professional and a great lady to work with!!! Thank you kathy!!!

Lewis Minter They have an unreasonable account login requirement. Must login every 30 days or the password expires. I can pay my loan on the 25th and then on the 27th of the next month Ill be locked out. They also dont credit your payment immediately, takes up to 5 days to process. Im looking to move away form this bank. I have made repeated request to extend the login in timeframe but no change.
