1 /5 Lewis Minter: They have an unreasonable account login requirement. Must login every 30 days or the password expires. I can pay my loan on the 25th and then on the 27th of the next month Ill be locked out. They also dont credit your payment immediately, takes up to 5 days to process. Im looking to move away form this bank. I have made repeated request to extend the login in timeframe but no change.
1 /5 Neil Hightower: Was s good bank years ago. Not anymore you can tell its no longer a local bank. Also constantly locked out of my debit card and i travel for work so this isnt good especially when nobody is there after 5 est or on weekends to turn back on.
1 /5 Trey Davis: Staff is rude. ATM never works. Constantly being locked out of debit card. This bank sucks were swapping to United bank. If you dont use your card for a week they shut it off. Thanks for making this decision so easy southcrest.

1 /5 Elizabeth Klapka: Literally the worst bank. I’ve had multiple issues with this bank in the past year and it’s just getting worse. I had tried to stay with them as I’ve been there for seven years, but the people who work here are unhelpful and I’m just over it. I am so happy I swapped to a different bank.

Mel Not friendly staff at all. I hate to have to switch banks cause I have been a BB&T customer for 20 years! Maybe the people who are sitting in their offices need to be a team player and help the front tellers when the re is a rush!
