B D Reviews represent each person individual experiences and it helps to paint a good picture of the type of entity you can come to expect. A respectable company doesnt hide their consumer reports. They lack transparency and the customer service is atrocious. I pay this company for services and cant get people on the phone. They send emails at closing on Friday evening so its Monday before they can be reached. This is a very dishonest practice and I need answers.

Because he limits the number of clients he serves, he knows every detail of my account, my family and when I need to review my goals. He is very responsive, and tough when he needs to be. Roy is my FP and I would have no other. Roy is family.
