I have had the worse experience with this company.
I done a title loan or a loan whatever you want to say and I paid off my entire balance .
They are telling me it takes them 15 days for them to release my stuff to the DMV and then how ever long it takes the DMV to send my title . So I paid 9 grand an paid my bill off but yet it going take almost a month to receive my title back.because it takes them 15 business days to release the stuff to the DMV and then I have to wait for the DMV to send it out.
So it going to be Almost. Month since yall have been paid in full before I receive my title .
That is unacceptable.yall got your money an got paid off an I am still the one suffering without my title .
This should be made clear at the time of the signing of the contract. I will never ever do business with lendmark again and especially the office in griffin .
I know yall are not other companies(This is what the customer service lady said to me Yall are not other companies)but this is a unacceptable length of time to not receive my title back. With yall being paid in FULL.
Other company takes less than a week and half to get there titles back to the customers ,so why is it yall are so different.
Iam just saying save yourself some time and dont do any business with lendmark they are not professional at all. I made the worse mistake coming here .
I will be contacting corporate as well . This is just plain out ridiculous

Since my experience with UCC was completely different from the other reviewers I decided to write my own review. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was beyond nice, courteous, respectful and very helpful. No I didnt get any amounts removed but I was able to get on a payment plan with low monthly payments and have the items off my credit report as long as I stayed current on the payment plan. FIVES ACROSS THE BOARD!!!!!!!!!
