Stephanie Brown The customer service is always awesome Edward and the rest of the tellers go above and beyond, but this morning I was there and there was such an odor in the lobby. It was vile It smelt like sewage. It was so bad and the sweet lady helping me her station was right by where the odor was coming from. You could tell it was coming from the bathroom. This problem needs to be fixed immediately. You can’t expect your customers to come in stand in line or even stand and talk to their tellers with this terrific odor, it was awful. You can tell it’s some kind of sewage or septic problem Please fix

Cassie Strobridge I came to this location on my lunch break to complete a wire transfer for my new house I have purchase. I haven’t been with this bank long & never did this process before & from start to finish they made it smooth & successful. Patrick assisted me with the transaction & I’m so thankful. He was fast & very helpful & kind.

Lewis Minter They have an unreasonable account login requirement. Must login every 30 days or the password expires. I can pay my loan on the 25th and then on the 27th of the next month Ill be locked out. They also dont credit your payment immediately, takes up to 5 days to process. Im looking to move away form this bank. I have made repeated request to extend the login in timeframe but no change.
