Amanda Goon I rented a home from at first the owner himself but he deployed and switched it to VHS Property. At first I wasnt too happy due to more negative reviews on property management companies around here but since they took over all the way to my move out date they were amazing! Valerie and the other girls were all so happy and professional. Stanley came out to do the initial assessment and again very professional and so nice. The walk through went great, no issue with getting my full deposit back. The whole time, if I had questions or concerns they were there. This is the ONLY rental company I will recommend in this area! The only reason we moved is because we purchased a home. When we PCS I will most likely rent my new home out and use them as the management company! Thank you VHS for you amazing customer service! LaShurta Simmons Essence does a great job in making sure your credit is well taken care of. She is available to answer any questions and guide you in the next steps. Elizabeth Jones About a week or so ago I walked into this business and the first person I saw acted like she didnt want to speak to me or even try to help me and when she finally asked me what I needed it was in a rude way. Alisha needs to learn how to approach people. What turned what should had been a one star into a five star is Kasey, she is very awesome and tried her best to get me what I wanted and walked me through the whole process step by step and she and her manager made me feel right at home with their knowledge and understanding of what a customer needs when trying to understand something they are not familiar with.
