1 /5 Amy Croslyn: Every time I come to this location I have the worst experience. I’ve been coming here for the past year and every time I’m met with the worst attitude and customer service possible. Not only is it inappropriate behavior but it’s also just genuinely unkind. Not all the staff is rude it’s just mainly Chelsea. When my co-workers come here she doesn’t talk to them but when I come in she always makes rude comments and looks genuinely unpleased to see me. She has told my co-workers that I look unprofessional and as if I don’t take my job seriously. She has also said that she can small my business when I walk in the store and it must be because we “get oil in the bags”. She also made a rude comment saying “my money doesn’t smell like that”. And today she was rude when I walked in as typical and when she watched me scan the google review form she immediately started asking me questions about my day and trying to be nice. Her behavior towards me makes me feel genuinely uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I wouldn’t be making this review if it was a one time occurrence. This happens every time I come in and it’s a repeated behavior that I would be embarrassed to see my employees upholding.
