Gabriel Thomas I hate having to do this, especially since my issue is with Truist. They just changed names this weekend, 2/18. I come the following Tuesday, today, and attempt to cash my check as I have done for about 3 years. Never an issue. Until the merger. Suddenly they cant explain why i, a customer of SunTrust for over 15 years, and 5 years at this particular location, am unable to cash my check with my ID and debit card. No explanation? For a customer of almost 2 decades. What a great way to start off a new bank. It seems they cleared out the old crew, so anyone I speak with is going to be brand new. Its pretty disappointing and annoying. I mean, is it impossible to check the account for funds, like has always been done? Weird, how with the implementation of better tech, somehow they lack services they had before.

coacoa stevens We bought a vehicle from a private seller who gave us a title that was invalid and we could no longer get in touch with them to fix the problem. I called and spoke with Jessica over the phone who was the sweetest , We were able to get a title bond from Jason who was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the process .
