5 /5 Amy Bolder: Karla is a miracle worker! Shes been my tax preparer for the last 7 years, and each time I come out on top. Last year I just knew I would owe, but she reassured me that everything would be okay, and it was. So grateful for the attention to detail.

1 /5 Lisa Cogburn: Hired and trusted this company to do my taxes in 2019 and 2020. The first year experience was great but the second year of doing my taxes the tax prepare made several mistakes according to the IRS and when trying to resolve the matter with Accounts R Us LLC I kept getting the run around. Several lies have been told that they were going to fix the issue and nothing happened. This company has provided unprofessional service and I am very disappointed. Legal action will be taken against this company. I have never been audited by the IRS until I starting letting this company do my taxes. My refunds are being held up do to this unfair service that Accounts R Us LLC, has been provided.

My taxes was prepared by Karla and she was very professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend accounts r us to all my friends and co workers.keep up the great work guys.

1 /5 Ronnie Ronnie: I swear if I could put negative stars I would. She is not only unorganized, she is dishonest. She messed up my last years tax and claimed that I asked her to use my 2021 W2s for a 2020 tax return, who would do that? I emailed and text her numerous times, each time claiming that she submitted them to the IRS and then when I call the IRS, they say nothing has ever been submitted. Then she finally sends me the taxes, where all of the paper work as the same days date on it. How does that happen when you claim you filed this a month ago? She only did this after I requested a refund. Shes trying to do too many peoples taxes and getting people confused while being on call at another job, going back and forth to different computers. My friend took my paperwork to HR Block and then I did it on TurboTax and got $1000 more. I would have had more respect for her if she had given me a refund and wiped her hands of me. But no, still waiting for her to send me some paperwork
