jonas Yarberry Terrible phone etiquette, basically non-existent. “Wad’up” is not an acceptable way to address a costumers call/inquiry. A simple transfer question about the recipient being turned away because money was too high was met with, “you have to come to store and talk to manager”... I’m 3000 miles away dingus, how about you put him on the line! No resolution or apathy followed by abruptly hanging up on me. Totally unacceptable, never again.

James Shiver ATM seems is always out of order, my bank card seems to want to tell me how much and how many times I can use, loan officer told me a lie, I was given a $42,000 loan that I paid off in 5 months. I purchased a hoyse. I then asked for $16,000 loan with house as collateral. Jake pointed out a $15 delinquent acct on my report that was there before and denied me. How does this make sense. And my acct wasnt finished in my credits report so it doesnt help my credit score. I have more but you get the jist

Even if a challenge occurs with obtaining a loan they are very courteous and respectful with giving you the info you need to proceed. My experience with Sherry and her coworker were very very pleasant. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing some financial assistance.
