Gloria Sheppard I am writing this review because Im totally blown away by the customer service at your bank. I deal almost exclusively with Hailey, and my experiences are nothing short of exemplary. Shes knowledgeable, professional and kind beyond words. As a matter of fact, I actually look forward to coming in and doing my banking in person. If it werent for Hailey, Id just go to an ATM, or check my balance on the phone! Theres never been a question she couldnt answer.

Irene Knab - BR2B Excellent service. Several years ago I had fraud against my account , regions restored the $500 and assisted with blocking another would be fraud transaction. Opened another account and all my bill pay automatic debits transistioned smoothly over until I could contact the vendors. It is a good bank.
