Regions Bank - Cleveland (GA)

1 /5 JS: Worst banking experience. Ive banked with regions for 20+ years and Ive never heard of this...went in to pull out a large portion of MY cash and they told me they dont have access to the vault. This was the only day I had available to make the cash purchase. They offered a cashiers check but of course Im paying someone cash for a vehicle. That wont work. Im now in search of a new bank with better customer service where I can access my money ANY DAY they are open.

1 /5 Anthony Bell: This bank in Cleveland ga has the rudest staff .I dont work hard all week to get treated like a criminal while trying to cash my check. Ive had nothing but problems with them trying to receive my own money..if u have to use regions go to dawsonville ga or even Gainesville the staff at those locations actually act like they appreciate there customers. They definitely need new management in Cleveland I wont be ever going back to this bank.

5 /5 Cole Conner: I love the Cleveland Regions! Most of these reviews are from people who either dont understand how banks operate or bring personality into business. Greg, Matthew, Emily, Kathy, Miranda, and others here are among some of the most honest and helpful people I deal with in my business. I have not had one negative interaction @ this branch in many years. I bank domestic and internationally each week. Whatever the reason, this branch is always helpful to me!

1 /5 Kaitlin Armour: I always dread coming to the bank because I feel like I’m always treated so horribly and almost thought it was something I did. After reading the reviews, I realize it’s 100% the staff. Theyre always so beyond rude and always act like it’s an inconvenience to assist me. I really miss the gentleman, Brent. He was always so kind and helpful. Luckily, one of the new ladies, Emily, is usually kind and helpful, as well. Always smiling.However, I dont understand the work ethic of the remaining individuals. Katherine and I believe, Kathy are absolutely the rudest. They’ve even told me not be coming in at certain times. Just seems odd to run a business that way and allow the tellers to be so hateful to everyone.
