I walked in one day to see if they could help me out with replacing the motor in my wife’s car. Feeling doubtful I reluctantly went. From the first time I walked in, I have been treated with nothing less then kindness and respect. I have been doing business with this office for some time now and consider them family. I know that even if they are having a bad day, they never reflect it to their customers. Now I only deal with 1st Franklin and no one else.
