B D Reviews represent each person individual experiences and it helps to paint a good picture of the type of entity you can come to expect. A respectable company doesnt hide their consumer reports. They lack transparency and the customer service is atrocious. I pay this company for services and cant get people on the phone. They send emails at closing on Friday evening so its Monday before they can be reached. This is a very dishonest practice and I need answers.

Although I had to file an extension, my tax returns were completed shortly after April 15. I am not a computer expert so I had to seek help several times from Lisa Hernandez who is the receptionist. Lisa was always responsive and answered my many questions. She helped me navigate through the client portal to locate forms and other info that I needed. She was very patient, professional and knowledgeable.
