1 /5 Madi Smith: I went to this bank to open a joint account with my daughter or add her to my account. We both have separate checking accounts as a Savings. Two representatives said because my name was spelled different on my social than license, they couldn’t open the account. However, my other accounts were open and both my identities was the same way as they are now. After verifying my identity, they still did not open account for me and my daughter, and I have been a loyal customer for almost 5 years. I also have a credit card with the bank as well. I was a witness that they certainly don’t value their customers. Amanda was very pleasant, however Rosa and Layla was very rude with attitudes, even one told me she was going to chastise Nathan for opening my account in the first place. With a background in banking and customer service, I was just shocked to encounter this type of service at such a reputable bank. I am so unsettled with this matter and the service I received.
