1 /5 Shunte Spires: So I called in to apply for loan they told me to call later systems was down I called in and got someone who took my information and said call in a hour. I called and got a girl was very rude from beginning of call. First she say she couldn’t find my stuff then turned around and said oh I got it it was denied. So being concerned about my information I asked what will happen with information meaning will they shred it or what so she gets smart asking what can we do it with it denied you I said ma’am I understand that but I was asking a simple question she keeps getting smart I don’t even do reviews but the service from her was horrible I should’ve got her name because it was only her the other lady was very nice

2 /5 Latoya Nails: I went there yesterday and treated very unfairly I cause went there waiting very patiently to pay a bill once I seen both ladies was very busy with a customer I waited but when one of the ladies that right they yelled at me and calling me out my name by saying A girl and she began to lil girl in loud tone and very disrespectful Important they she approached me by A girl or when others began to come wait as she yelled really loud in tone by saying A lil girl and find that to be defensive cause I have a Name and she have approached me in better way saying young lady or mama instead of A lil girl where it become so embarrassing when people began to notice the errangce of the situation because when paying customer you deserve to be treated fairly and disrespectful tone like that and what’s wrong with you treating people the would want to be treated equally we regardless of the color your skin color..
