1 /5 Jay Starks: Worst Experience Ever. Applied a week ago, Never got an update. Called to check status, was told the application was not looked at and immediately hung up on. Called the next day, Rep advised it was sent to the supervisor and again, within 3 seconds hung up on. waited two days , Called again and was told to send docs to the portal.Never got an update, so I called again, Was advised she was going to send an email to supervisor. Weekend comes and never updated, Called today and was told nothing can be done. Very unprofessional and very time consuming. Not to mention every call felt like it was a bother to help.
